REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and Teetree must be notified within 7 days after receiving the product.

We do not offer refunds on wrong size orders.

Print quality issues must be investigated – Please talk to one of our representatives and forward photographic evidence via mail or whatsapp.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent in the form of a coupon.
